3. Before construction of the new HWY how did you feel about the safety of the HWY and function (e.g. Intersections, driveways and overtaking)?

5. Do you feel the Upgrade was necessary?
6. In the planning stages of the HWY did you elect for an alternative route to the one chosen (if you did would it have impacted you less)?
